The Annual General Meeting will commence at 10:30 AM and a guest speaker will present to us from 11:00 AM to 12:00 Noon at which time lunch will be served.

Topic: Cannabis 101 Michelle Fry M.Sc., CEP, Program Consultant, Provincial Addiction and Mental Health Unit, Alberta Health Services will discuss the health effects of Cannabis, guidelines for general use as well as evidence about medical cannabis. She will also touch on information and resources for adults that are considered “influencers of youth” (parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, coaches etc.), and considerations for the Seniors population when deciding whether or not to use Cannabis.
