    The board is also looking for volunteers that can be appointed to fill the following positions:

  • Advocacy (vacant)
  • Recruitment and engagement director (vacant)
  • Outreach co-ordinator
  • Secretary (vacant)
  • IT and website coordinator

    These positions are crucial for the branch to function. Without volunteers in these positions, the branch may no longer exist. Please consider volunteering!

    MOTION to DISSOLVE the BRANCH (if President not found)

  • A motion to request that the National Board dissolve the Bluewater Branch, ON 36, will be put to membership attending the AGM in accordance with Branch Bylaw Part XI - Dissolution of the Branch.
  • Approval of the motion requires two thirds of the vote cast at this meeting. The Board has regrettably decided on this action as they are unable to fill the position of President, in spite of several outreach efforts. If a candidate comes forward before or at the AGM who will take on this position, dissolution of the Branch can be avoided.
  • Note: If the motion to request dissolution of the branch is carried, the branch will remain in place until such time as the National Board determines reallocation of members and a final date for dissolution of the branch.
