On Sept. 17, the Bluewater Branch of Federal Retirees lost a valued and important volunteer.
Earnie MacDougall was employed by the federal government for 35 years. Following his retirement, he moved from
Earnie was a quiet man. Often when he was giving his report as President, it was not unusual to hear Mary Anne telling him to move it along. He had a sense of humour which he shared on many occasions.
Earnie will be missed by all those who had the privilege of knowing him.
