Welcome to our Charlottetown Branch web site.
Our branch board meets regularly to plan and to provide you with the best events possible. We are pleased to say that last year, due to our branch board dedication, we won the national Branch Excellence Award. (*see below for details on award).
We have a very active branch with four annual events for our members: The annual BBQ Social, Annual Gala Christmas Dinner social and entertainment, October & February member events with guest speaker and social with refreshments and our April Annual General Meeting with guest speaker and social with refreshments. We also have other events depending on the current climate such as town halls with federal and provincial candidates so members can ask questions directly to candidates, lunch and learns and other events such as interesting and informative workshops. Please see the upcoming Current Events list to the top right next to this post.
Our board advocacy also meets with local MP's as part of our national Reach 338 campaign, to ensure our national priority advocacy issues are heard.
If you are not currently a member, please join us! You can join now, even if not retired. We have great benefits to offer through our advocacy campaigns and preferred partners. We are developing this site to provide useful and timely information to you. The information on this site will mostly be relevant to PEI. We will endeavour to provide you good information here without duplicating the information you will find on our national Association site.
As these are your pages, we encourage you to let us know topics or ideas you would like to see covered here. Our crack team will do our best to provide as much relevant information as we can. If you don't see what you are looking for here, please check out the national web site for information on broader topics with a national flavour.
