Branch Annual General Meeting

You are invited to attend the Eastern Townships Branch Annual General Meeting to be held at the Club de Golf de Sherbrooke on Thursday, April 24, 2025 at 10:30 am.
Several important topics will be addressed, such as the 2024 financial statements, the 2025 budget, the election of four members on the board of directors, the appointment of an external auditor for the 2025 financial statements. Members will also be asked to vote on our dedicated capital funds.

In order to promote the membership, you may invite a potential member to attend this event. This person must meet the criteria to be a member and must register and pay the registration fee before the April 17 deadline.

If you are interested in applying for a position on the branch board, you can do so by sending us an email ( anrf.cantons@gmail.com ) indicating your desire to be a candidate.

In order to encourage participation, we will be drawing tree $50. attendance prizes.

To participate, you must register before April 17 by sending us your cheque to our office (1871 Galt Ouest Sherbrooke QC, J1K 1J5 ) . You can also proceed by Interac transfer using the email address anrf.cantons@gmail.com and providing us with the answer to your security question.
