The facility is wheelchair accessible.

Presentations

The AGM Agenda will include the legally required items such as the annual financial statements for 2024, the budget for 2025, branch financial reserves plus the election. Nominations “from the floor” are not permitted as per branch bylaws.

Meal Details

A complimentary light lunch will be provided after the meeting.

There is ample free onsite parking at the facility.

Other Details

In conjunction with the AGM, a special tour of the facility, along with the light lunch, will be offered to members at no cost. Watch your inbox for further details. In lieu of the 50-50 draw, a donation box to support less fortunate families at Christmas will be available. Please register by March 21st as we need to know how many will attend the tour and lunch.
