ANRF-MAURICIE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

We are pleased to invite you to the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of ANRF-Mauricie which will be held on Wednesday April 10, 2024.

We will offer coffee from 9:00 a.m.

Members who wish to participate must register by sending an email confirming their presence and their choice of menu to the following address: activites.anrf.mauricie@gmail.com

**A free hot meal will be served to you for dinner, please choose your menu: Chicken skewers or marinated steak. If you are vegetarian or suffer from a food intolerance, please contact us. **

Several door prizes will be drawn among the members present at the Assembly. Two of these awards will be reimbursements of FSNA membership fees.

In order to speed up the progress of the meeting, all registered members will receive in advance the documents which must be approved during this AGM. This will allow you to ask your questions and get the answers. All members received the agenda by email.

Activity - Recruitment: You know someone interested in joining our Association! Invite her to join us. Ms. Jacynthe Trudel, membership manager, will be there to answer their questions and help them fill out the form.
