General meetings are held four times a year, usually on the second Wednesday of March, June, September and December. Members will be informed of meeting details and how to make a reservation to attend via our quarterly newsletter, Staying in Touch. That newsletter is typically issued at least 14 days before each meeting.
Meetings consist of executive committee reports, any business requiring the general membership's approval and a guest speaker, except at the December meeting when the special guest is Santa Claus. The annual general meeting (AGM) is in March.
