Federal Retirees is bringing member experiences with Canada Life forward to the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat.
The Association is aware Canada Life is experiencing a high volume of calls during this transition period. In turn, members have faced delays and difficulties reaching a Canada Life call agent, causing frustration and stress.
The transition to Canada Life is a significant undertaking. There have been challenges, and Canada Life is working to address these issues.
The Association has escalated our concerns to the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat, which is responsible for the transition to Canada Life, along with our expectation that these problems will be resolved as quickly as possible.
